
Job Summary: This position is a support member to the ACT multidisciplinary team, especially team leader and is responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring all non-clinical operations of ACT under the direction of the team leader. This staff will provide receptionist activities including triaging calls, coordinating communication between clients and the team, listening and responding empathically to clients who are experiencing turmoil and arranging appropriate intervention if necessary. Staff will assist clients, their families and agencies to get answer to questions; maintaining accounting and budget records for clients and program expenditures and assist in coordinating the management information system.
Must have earned at least an Associate’s degree in Human Services or its equivalent or successful experience as an administrative assistant.
Must have a valid driver’s license & vehicle for daily use on the job.
