Substance Abuse Specialist

This position will be a part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Team (ACT) that provides direct integrated chemical and mental health services for adult consumers who have SMPI and reside in Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties. Strong clinical skills, flexibility and communication skills are desired. All applicants must meet Adult Mental Health Practitioner (M.S. 245.462, Sub 17 21), preference will be given to those with an LADC. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and have experience working with mental health/substance abuse consumers. Knowledge about harm reduction, motivational interviewing treatment modalities and substance abuse required. Salary range of $22.97 to $32.12 plus benefits. Based out of Alexandria, MN office. Crisis Manager 

This position will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the adult and children’s mobile crisis response program that provides 24/7 mobile crisis response services to Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse County. Strong communication skills, organization skills and ability to work independently required.  All applicants must meet Adult Mental Health Practitioner (M.S. 245.462, Sub 17 21) and have a 4-year degree. Supervisor and program management experience preferred. Competitive benefit package and salary range of $29.39- $41.08 plus benefits. Based out of the Alexandria, MN office.  Open until filled.
