The Governing Board is made up of 17 elected members who meet on a monthly basis and direct the work of the Consortium:

5 Social Services Directors or appointed county representative

5 County Commissioners who make up the Executive Board

3 Local Mental Health Providers

3 Consumers

1 Managed Care Organization

Region 4 South Executive Commissioner board is made up of one County Commissioner from each Grant, Douglas, Stevens, Pope and Traverse counties.
