EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:
Region 4 South Adult Mental Heath Consortium a leading provider for the past 15 years in assisting and helping people avoid crisis and find appropriate services has an immediate opening for an Adult Crisis Program/Intensive Community Rehabilitation Service (ICRS) worker to provide crisis response services along with ARMHS and Rule 79 Case Management in hospitals and community based settings. Candidates must have strong verbal and written skills and experience of direct service delivery to individuals with SPMI.
This position is based out of Alexandria with the service area being Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse Counties. This is a permanent, full time position with benefits package and starting salary of $18.78/hr. All applications must meet the minimum qualifications of an Adult Mental Health Practitioner as defined in the Adult Mental Health ACT (M.S. 245.462, Subd 17) AND hold a Bachelors degree or have 3 years prior Case Management experience. A valid driver's license and vehicle required.
